The Health Department offers the following medical services at the Sanford location. Most of these services are available for fees based on income.

 Child Health Care Service
The Seminole County Health Department provides pediatric health care for children from birth through age 19. Almost 4,200 children in Seminole County were provided with well child checkups, school physicals, immunizations and sick care as well as screenings for hearing, vision and lead poisoning though this service during 2005. In additional to the health care services, the health department through its literacy grant partnership has been able to provide free age appropriate books to parents and children.
